You will be part of a team that delivers documentation solutions to clients across the world. You will collaborate with client teams to create solutions such as:

• User and technical manuals
• Online help
• Case studies and White Papers
• Courseware (ILT, eLearning, and mixed-mode)
• Demos and Simulations

As a member of our team, you will:

• Talk to the development teams to understand the solution
• Work with other team members and the client to design a information artifact that best meets the documentation requirement
• Define the information architecture
• Write, edit, review, and deliver various documentation solutions
• Suggest ways to improve existing deliverables
