Job Description
InApp is seeking a Technical Writer who can handle Technical Writing, Business Writing and Web Content Management in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. The person should be a self-motivated individual who can work cohesively in a dynamic environment of a Software Company.

  • Desired Candidate Profile*
  • Ability to create proposals, responses to RFPs and other business documentation.
  • Excellent skills in creating Business Flyers, User Manuals, Installation Manuals, Admin Guides, Help Files, and other User Documentation by using various tools such as RoboHelp, MS-Word, SnagIT, Visio & MS-Word.
  • Ability to interact with development teams, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the development of high quality documentation.
  • Expertise in MS-PowerPoint for creating visually appealing and powerful presentations.
  • Having Strong technical aptitude & inclination to learn technology.
  • Proactive in reporting status and work progress.
  • Document multiple products and maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare documentation for print and online delivery.
  • Perform final review and editing of documentation.
  • Experience in creating content for web and blogs would be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to create, use, and adhere to Style Guides and Templates.
