Senior Information Developer / Technical Writer-Lead

Requirements:
- A good understanding of Secondary User/API documentation or End-user documentation experience in creating them.
- Experience in creating Secondary developer documentation is preferable.
- Basic understanding of Telecom / Networking concepts is preferable.
- Familiarity with documentation tools like MS- Office, Adobe Robohelp, and HTML Help workshop.
- Proficient in Creating and Managing complete Documentation plan with a background in customer interface and support.
- Well versed in industry standards related to technical writing.
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Development Life Cycle.
