Full-time Content Producer

Content Producer Profile:

Spire seeks a passionate writer and editor to lead content efforts as part of our Marketing and Experience team. The Content Producer will take ownership of all aspects of content strategy and execution across multiple media and platforms including Print, Web and Social media. We seek an individual capable of truly original ideas and with a unique, differentiated approach to content.

Key responsibilities
---------------------------
• Create content for Spire products, consulting and services including collateral documents, customer pitches and presentations, case studies, and other promotional materials
• Edit and collaborate on content with key stakeholders including Spire executives and advisory teams. Develop and maintain Tone and Voice and editorial guidelines
• Maintain content inventory for all content assets across print, web and social media through proper assessment, categorization and organization
• Create content for external and internal conversations including newsletters, product updates, customer forums and social media including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Generate copy for innovative advertising campaigns across print, video, and digital media
• Create fresh content for the Spire site and blog, track contemporary web trends, optimize content for search engines, engage and build a community around the Spire website
• Ensure timely communication of lead times and highest quality work in line with business goals
• Collaborate with Design team on overall information architecture and high level design
• Guide User Interface content including instructional text, taglines, and nomenclature

Key competencies
--------------------------
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content creation and strategy in an agency setting or in multi-disciplinary team in Internet , technology or consulting companies
• Strong problem solving approach and ability to understand new business models and domains
• Breadth of experience creating interactive content across Print, Web, and other media for different business stakeholders and end users
• Ability to conceptualize and frame ideas and give expert level attention to detail
• Some experience with content management systems, and managing large volumes of content
• Ability to switch contexts fast between generating ideas, experimenting with solutions and collaborating with stakeholders and users and executing with rapid turnaround times
• MBA in HR or Marketing, or Master\\\'s or Bachelors in Journalism, Media, English, Communication Studies or the hard-knocks-school-of-life
• Exposure to business, technology, Internet, media, popular culture, consumer behaviour is a plus
