Need Technical Writers for a leading Telecom Domain Company
at Mobisoft Telesolutions Pvt. Ltd. (Anywhere)
Job Description :
The incumbent would be responsible for :
• Interfacing with Subject Matter Experts for all product related issues.
• Ensuring that the technical functionalities are adequately documented, reviewed and edited.
• Creating Physical and Logical Architectures
• Research work related with products
• Creating Product Description documents, Product Presentations, Solution Document, Marketing Collateral
• Testing of Mobile Application/Games
• Coordinating with different teams/departments
Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Graphics editor, (SnagIt, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Knowledge of Visio is essential
• Exposure to document structuring and design
• Excellent Oral and written Communication Skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Knowledge of Telecom-domain preferred.
• Good research skills
Additional Skills:
• Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills.
• Should have a positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Exposure of GPRS / CDMA /EDGE Wireless Data technologies and Data networking concepts. Experience in the Value added services such as: Prepaid / IN System, Charging, Mail, SMS, MMS, Instant messaging, streaming etc (preferable).
Experience:
1 to 4 Years
Note: Freshers will also do if they have done some training in Technical Writing.
Qualification:
Graduate from any reputed university, preferably Science (BSc/BCA/MSc-IT).
